The introduction phase lasts about two hours. In this phase, thermogenesis is stimulated, which results in increased heat and ATP production. How often should I take it?
Take one serving (two Licaps™) daily on an empty stomach. Do not take within six hours of bedtime as the supplement contains caffeine.

If I’m not getting the results I want, can I take more?
This is a powerful fat burner and energy enhancer. We don’t recommend you take more than the recommended amount. If you are not achieving the desired result, check with a medical professional.

Can I take it after taking a pre-workout supplement?
This product uses a unique time release formula that releases the ingredients into your body at the optimum time. You will not need a pre-workout supplement if you take it as directed. Do not take another other supplement containing caffeine with it.

Are there any side effects?
